The company covers an area of 53,333 square meters and is equipped with ultra-large injection molding machines with capacities of 60,000 KN, 80,000 KN, and 120,000 KN, as well as some of the industry's largest tonnage hydraulic presses. These are complemented by a digital plasticizing and storage system, a high-precision mold clamping mechanism, a PDI temperature-controlled mold system, and an automated part removal system. The entire injection molding process is fully enclosed and utilizes PLC automated programming to ensure precise control over material feeding, temperature, and product stroke.
With proprietary raw materials and formulations for filter plate manufacturing, the product achieves outstanding performance metrics and mechanical strength, guaranteeing uniform and dense material quality. Through self-developed shaping systems, the workpieces are stress-relieved, maintaining flatness and surface smoothness, thereby ensuring final product quality for all customers.

The company possesses multiple three-axis machining centers and two five-axis machining centers, making it one of the earliest enterprises in the industry to adopt five-axis machining technology for the production of filter plates. The high-precision five-axis machining centers enable efficient and accurate processing of various inclined surfaces, curved surfaces, grooves, side holes, and angled holes. Equipped with specialized CNC deep-hole machining equipment capable of handling holes up to 1500 mm in length, the company has achieved fully automated CNC processing throughout the entire filter plate production process. This automation reduces human errors, ensures product consistency, and meets higher precision requirements.
