The company covers an area of 53,333 square meters and has ultra-large injection pressure equipments of 60,000KN, 80,000KN, and 120,000KN, owning the largest tonnage hydraulic press in the industry, including digitalization plastic storage system, high precision clamping unit, PDI temperature control mould system and automatic collection device. Totally enclosed production for whole injection and pressing process, use PLC automatic program control for accurate feeding, temperature, product itinerary, particular raw materials and recipe for plate production, all these have ensured the performance index and mechanical strength, the uniformity and density of the products. By self-made shaping system, the rough plate has eliminates the stress, maintained the flatness and surface finish, and ensured the final quality for all customers.

The company has several sets of machining center with three shafts, two sets of machining center with five shafts, and is the first company to use machining center with five shaftsfor plate production in
the industry. High precision of five shafts machining center could complete processing for each bevel, hook face, groove, side hole, inclined hole. Moreover, the numerical deep hole working device can reach a hole of 1500mm depth, ealized automatic numerical control machining for whole processing for the plates, reduced human error, ensured consistency for product, and met higher precision requirement.
