Successful Completion of 3-set Industrial Filter Press Overseas Installation Project

Located in Deqing, Zhejiang, we are a professional manufacturer specializing in R&D, customization and production of various industrial filter presses. We are delighted to announce that three sets of our customized filter presses exported overseas have finished full installation and commissioning successfully after one month of on-site technical guidance from our professional engineering team.

Upon the equipment arriving at the customer’s workshop, our engineers arrived on-site immediately to launch the installation work. Working hand in hand with local field workers, our team carried out systematic assembly work including filter plate arranging, frame fixing and accessory installation. As shown in the picture, all filter plates are neatly arranged on the rack, marking the core part of filter press mechanical assembly completed.

The three filter presses are arranged on the customized elevated workshop platform, forming a complete solid-liquid separation production line layout. During the whole construction cycle, our technical staff tracked every construction procedure to ensure installation standards comply with our factory’s production specification and local industrial safety norms.

Equipment hoisting is the critical preliminary step of installation. In the lifting operation, our engineers directed local workers to finish the precise hoisting and positioning of filter press mainframe, coordinating the placement of hydraulic cylinder and machine body to lay a solid foundation for subsequent pipeline and electric wiring assembly.

After one month of intensive construction, the main body of three filter presses were fully assembled. The complete machine with matched hydraulic pipeline, control circuit and auxiliary components passed full-load test run, all technical parameters reach design requirements and customer acceptance standard.

To mark the smooth handover of the whole project, our Chinese engineers took a group photo with local construction partners. The thumbs-up from all team members stands for the recognition of our equipment quality and professional after-sales engineering service.
